Our slow fashion garments are hand-crafted and serve to support Indian women in the workplace as well as the preservation of ancient methods of textile production. We follow a zero-waste design and production process and produce minimal quantities to eliminate any possibility of excess waste. Every purchase contributes to women empowerment projects in India through our charity partners and supports local Indian communities to continue their sustainable hand-craftsmanship for future generations.
Due to their limited and unique nature, all returned items are eligible for an exchange of size or store credit in the form of a Casagugu Card.

~ Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to honour your return.
~ Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a casagugu Card.
~ Exchanges are available on the same item only, in smaller or larger size.
~ All Clearance items are final sale: no returns, store credits, or exchanges on clearance items
~ Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the casagugu tote bag provided.
~ Shipping costs and custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.
~ Domestic orders within Spain will be provided with a prepaid postage return label and a $10 postage fee will be deducted from your Gift Card amount.
~ Europe Country orders will be provided with a prepaid postage return label and a $30 postage fee will be deducted from your Gift Card amount.
~ International orders are required to arrange return postage at own expense via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
~ Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.
~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Please be aware of processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items.
~ We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.
~ Please note Daughters of India provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items.
